The house is located in a very nice residential area next to Kirchberg. The position is absolutely perfect. You can reach Kirchberg in 10 min by walk and get to the city center in 10 min by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the house and connections to the city center are available every 20 min. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. There are some basic rules that must be followed by each tenant which ensure a proper use of common areas, like kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are exactly as you see on photos. Bright and well furnished. You won’t have any surprise. Further, Chris is an excellent host. Communication with him was always clear and efficient. You can contact him anytime. He’s always available to solve any type of issue regarding the house. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Chris!
